All delegates must register to the congress. Registration fees are as follows:

*These fees are also applied to certified Diplomates or Residents from other European Colleges recognised by the EBVS and as per the information provided by the Secretary of the relevant College

3 steps to register your delegates
1. Order your personal group code at: [email protected]
We recommend that sponsors request a code for each country subsidiary. Please do not pass on your code to third parties.
2. Enter your code and all relevant customer data
3. Your tickets will be sent as PDF to an email address of your choice

Group registration will close on 30 April 2024.
For congress tickets you will receive your collective invoice in May 2024. Supporting program items must be paid for immediately by credit card, PayPal or invoice.

5 steps to register for the IPVS & ESPHM 2024
1. If you have been provided a ticket code

Generate your own invitation letter
Instructions for use:

Certification and accreditation
Every participant (delegate, resident or ECPHM diplomate) holding a congress ticket will be receiving a confirmation of participation to the registered email address approx. four weeks after the congress.
German veterinarians will be able to receive 16 ATF-hours certification according to § 10 ATF-Statuten as well as according to § 7 (2) Schweinehaltungshygieneverordnung (SchHaltHygV) approx. four weeks after the congress. For veterinarians in Austria and Switzerland, ATF certification corresponds to recognition by the responsible chamber (ATF hours can be converted 1:1 into Bildungsstunden). Please contact your responsible body (ÖTK or GST).
